Description
This limited edition lithograph honors Better Made, the Detroit potato chip maker that in 2020 celebrates its 90th anniversary and uses Michigan potatoes most of the year. It is our unique rendition of the Better Made girl who’s been on their bags for decades. That’s quite a reign.
It was created by Tommy DuBose, a senior at Fitzgerald High School who spent his first summer with the Mint Summer Jobs program. He He learned lithography printing from Mint’s teaching artist and master printmaker Jacqueline Lane in the Mint Creative Summer Jobs program.
Each print is handmade and signed, matted and framed in an up cycled frame. This one is 9 inches by 11 inches including the metal frame.
